Often when you have a great view the food suffers but not in this case. The menu was varied and interesting with some great combinations. 2 of us had the bug tails with flake dumplings and it was absolutely delicious. In fact I would go back just to order the dumplings which were light and tasty. Others had fish and... More

Sunny mid week meal and some impressive food it was a bit cramped and warm inside but a goos cocktail list interesting food and leisurely service but very welcoming . Highly recommend the pork belly and the trout , others in our group also really rated the prawns and steak and an amazing strawberry and white chocolate soufflé to finish

Cerberus is a lovely place for the view. Incredibly well positioned, the view is great but a four days booking will allow you to be at one of the 5 windows tables. The menu is nice but a little old fashion. Nice wine list. Very good service, sometime a little bit in a hurry, the kitchen is at the lower... More

My wife booked the restaurant only after being assured a requested window table for 2 was available -confirmed by phone by the chap with the Scottish accent (presumed to be the operator). Upon arrival we were told by a waitress that they didn't allocate the window tables and it was a first come first served basis for "fairness". This fairness... More

What a beautiful way to spend a late Saturday afternoon, looking over the bay and dining on a wonderful seafood platter. We really enjoyed the whole dining experience. Really nice staff, a homely atmosphere and delicious food. We thought the food was of very high quality so than you to the chef and the cooks

Our three-generation family group of seven thoroughly enjoyed the excellently prepared food, the attentive service and the relaxed ambience. Yes, fairly highly priced, but value for money. The shared seafood platter, the calamari, the lamb rack and the fillet steak all received high praise - unusual for our mix of tastes. We'll be back!

I went here for lunch on a sunny, sunday afternoon. I asked for a table by the window with views of the Bay when I made my reservation, and the very helpful staff had organised this. The service and food were excellent. The views of Halfmoon Bay were great. I would recommend Cerberus Beach House.

Had lunch there today with family. The food was good, but very overpriced for what you get. But I guess we were in Black Rock by the bay and the views of the bay aren't cheap! The layout is cramped and the room was too warm. We asked for the airconditioning to be turned up, but apparently that was not... More

You may have to wait in line for a bit, but it is worth it. The fish and chips are served fresh and hot! You have a choice of several types of fish and sizes of chips. There are family packs for a group. Soft drinks are available. Watch your chips as many seagulls are out for a bite. You... More

If you Reserve a table in advance request a table overlooking the Ocean and Bay, on a fine day it's wonderful. Staff excellent and a great selection of Fish dishes and meat, all beautifully presented and very tasty. For a casual Lunch or dinner a wonderful place to come. Excellent Wines and Beers to accompany your meal. My only comment... More
