I grabbed dinner from Resto tonight to take home for my family. Everything was fresh, hot, generously portioned, and most importantly it was all delicious! We ordered 3 different pasta dishes and each one was perfectly prepared. We also ordered the ginger cake and I wish I didn't have to share it because I could've eaten it all myself. So beyond impressed and can't wait to order again!

We had a group of 20-30 people with about 7 vegans. The chef came out and talked to us about options and they were very concerned that we had the meal we wanted. There were more vegan options than most restaurants! They would change ingredients to make their signature dishes vegan and they even made two choices for vegan desserts.
GiGi our waitress was awesome , the food was delicious and it was a nice large room for our group. Very pleased.

We dined at Resto last night. The second night of their reopening after restrictions were lifted allowing dining in. Although the menu was not as extensive as usual, all of our favorites remained. It was such a treat to be able to eat out again and this was our first choice. We weren't disappointed. So great to see our favorite waiter Xander again who makes your dining experience that much more fun. Lots of take out orders were delivered to cars during the course of our stay so if you are not yet comfortable actually dining in you can still enjoy a good meal. Of course many new safety precautions are in place. We left feeling grateful for the good meal, good company (our bubble) and confident that our heath and safety was ensured. We'll be back again soon I am sure.

We just had our first meal out in a restaurant since the pandemic hit. Urbam Resto has always been our favorite and we were thrilled to arrive to a clean,well organized, socially distanced dining room. Xander was our server and was very comfortable with all the new procedures that have to be used now to serve us safely. He never disapponts with his humour and the special care he gives to his guests.
It is always a pleasure to eat here and we felt totally comfortable with all the changes.
We would highly recommend getting out and support this fabulous restaurant.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Resto. One of our favourites!! Always have great meals dining in or takeout....only option to takeout right now and they didn't disappoint!! Kids meals were loaded with extra goodies, didn't forget any sauces and dishes were piping hot. Meal were safely packaged and sealed with love from Xander, who's one of the finest servers in town.❤

We were back for dinner on the first night post Covid19! We knew that the owners and staff would be ready with every protocol to keep staff and customers safe. Wonderful service from the moment we were greeted by Marley and Marlene, to saying goodnight a couple of hours later. In between Zander took great care of us, and we even had a surprise visit to our table, from Chef Ryan.
The menu had something for everyone, the food was delicious and served hot and the servings were generous. Because we are moving, we are very sad to say goodbye to this restaurant and staff, where we have broken bread with both family and friends hundreds of times over the last 17 years. Our plan is to return annually to Halifax, and I have a feeling we will time our arrival to make our first stop at Resto Urban Dining!
If you want great service, socially distant seating, fantastic food and fair pricing, look no further!
Oh yeah, did I mention you are also supporting a LOCALLY owned business? This is who we all need to be supporting right now. Let’s each do our part to keep the money we spend in the restaurant industry, in the local area.

Tonight I decided to try kerb side pick up from Resto Urban Dining as I was caving some of their delicious food and what better for supper on this rainy day. Arrived at Resto and was met by staff member Xander Rory with my two take out meals. Food was excellent as always with much care taken between the 4 customers and the member of Skip the Dishes who came to pick up an order. Wait time was nil it was ready exactky when I asked.

We’ve visited Resto a few times in the past year and a half and I can honestly say that every single meal that I’ve ordered, and our friends have ordered (yup, I taste test theirs) is amazing. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are friendly, engaging, and happy. Our 14 year-old even commented saying, “I almost get the feeling that this staff are good friends outside of work”!! I highly recommend the calamari as a starter. The maple Cajun fettuccine is beautiful! And in the past, I’ve had the mushroom pizza, which I LOVE!! If you haven’t tried it, visit Resto! Our server this evening was Kate (the girl with the freckles) and she was just a delight. We’ve also had a guy in the past serving us who never fails to make me laugh with his fantastic sense of humour. Hands down, Resto is our favourite place to have a lovely dining experience in Bedford! We’ve been with friends for a nice night out, we’ve been with a large group, and we’ve been with just our son. Every time was excellent!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I visited Resto Urban Dining twice in the past few weeks with various friends. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff (Xander and Marlene) were wonderful. I felt totally safe in their location since COVID started I was wondering if I wanted to go out tables are nicely distanced so that you don't even think about anything else except having a great meal with wonderful food. Thank you so much Marlene and Xander.

We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful meal last night. All eight people in our party had different menu selections and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Waiter was fabulous and demonstrated that she truly cared for each of us. Apps and mains were quickly served, very hot, beautifully presented, and delicious. Highly recommended!

busy place, weird smell and dated decor. Quick service. The bread was pita bread sprinkled with parmesan. Had the salmon with goat cheese, carmelized onions and roasted veggies (beets, potatoes and carrots), which had a decent flavour.

Husband and I came here for dinner after work. We had the mussels for a shared appetizer. Omg so yummy. He had the seafood spaghettini and I had the creamy sundried Alfredo fettuccine with added shrimp. Both dishes were very good. We’ll be back for sure. Service was good, very attentive and accommodating. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks for a great meal Resto!

We reserved a table of 12 for a special dinner to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our server was great and friendly but the food was extremely disappointing. The cheese/spinach dip was watery and not much flavor. The Ceasar salad had chicken that was bland and so rubbery that my child wouldn't eat it. My dad had the scallop appetizer and the scallops were so over cooked! My mom and I had the scallop entre with the cream sauce and potatoe. The potatoes were soooo salty that we couldn't eat them and unfortunately the salt ran through the sauce and ruined the meal. My mom only ate two or three scallops because hers were under cooked. The people who ordered the sausage pasta special said the sauce was very watery and oily, instead of creamy, and it was not an enjoyable meal. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I am not one to complain as I know how difficult it is to work in the kitchen and be a sever. I did tell our server about the salty potatoes and she was appreciative for letting her know. She said the kitchen tasted the potatoes and there was a problem so they were pulling it off the menu for the remainder of the evening. I felt we shouldn't have been charged for the scallop dinners which were over $30.00 each. They did give us two free drinks but I feel the two meals should have been taken off the bill entirely, especially when the kitchen admitted they made an error. My dad and brother had pizza which they said was okay. It's difficult to pay a lot of money for food that is terrible but it was more disappointing because we were celebrating a very special milestone. Maybe it was just an "off" day at Resto but I will not be going back.

The food at Resto is amazing. We are vegan and they have delicious options for us. Its a great place for us to go to have options for us as well as our non vegan friends. Xander is a joy to have as a server, we try to request him whenever possible as he makes us feel like we’re family, although the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food at a reasonable price.

I visited Resto with a friend today for my first meal out since our Provincial Lockdown. I admit I was a bit nervous but wow I need not have been everything is clearly marked you enter through one door and go out the other. The place is amazing and I felt like there was nothing to worry about. Our waiter Xander was friendly, social distancing without being obvious, wore a faceshield just like it was an every day thing no big deal. I love that both my friend and I had a wonderful meal while never once feeling any anxiety. Oh and BTW the food was just as amazing as always. Thank you to John who was doing the cooking today.
