We eloped to Manitoulin Island Thanksgiving 2017. Never heard of the place. We dined then at Anchor inn and it was an experience that we tell everyone as it was one that helped create a lasting memory. Fast forward three years. We have lived here...for three years. We still love this place. Great food ALLLLLL the time!!! Never a worry that you will never get less than what you pay for. If you come to Manitoulin, this place is a MUST!!More

Came for a little afternoon delight. Server dude was excellent and told me to try some of his favourite beer. Was not dissapointed the nachos were incredible but I have had better chicken quesadillas. Would love to have a entree here some time as all...the food coming out looked heavenly.More

We have been coming to The Anchor Inn restaurant for many years. It is our #1 choice for lunch or supper on Manitoulin Island. The owner Dee is always friendly and welcoming and always stops to chat for a few minutes. The food is very...good with a varied menu to suit everyone. The service usually fast and the wait staff friendly. Today was our anniversary and to our pleasant surprise Dee bought our lunch. Thank you very much, Dee!More

I just paid 20 dollars for a small piece of unseasoned whitefish and unseasoned microwaved broccoli. The plate was soaking wet from the microwaved frozen broccoli. My wife had pierogies, which were basically cheap frozen "no name" brand. 10. The portions and quality aren't in...line with the prices. I'm expecting higher prices in a tourist town, but some basic quality and non microwaved food would be nice.More

We have eaten there several times on our visit to Manitoulin Island. The Food is well prepared and the service friendly and helpful. Given the Pandemic and all restrictions I fully commend the Owner and Staff for their safety precautions - felt totally safe. Thank...you for a great experience.More

Offers a basic bar and restaurant in a town which offers no other similar options. They seem to have overcome recent staffing problems .We found the service adequate and the food quite edible. I recommend the bison burger, which unlike hamburger, can be ordered rare....The local draft beer is excellent ..Moderate prices..More

My family and I ate here over Labor day wknd. Escorted to table promptly. Friendly and patient staff who were accommodating to extended family joining us later. Good food, good service.. a little pricey for what you get.

We waited at a patio table for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. It then took almost 45 minutes to be served our lunch ( which was supposed to be sandwiches - but my husband’s order was wrong). We waited patiently through a rainfall so...I ran to the car for an umbrella. The waitress didn’t even refill our water glass the entire time we waited. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, do so. We killed all the free time we would have had looking around Little Current for a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Please don’t blame poor service on Covid-19!More

Very sorry for your experience. We won't blame the service on Covid, that is totally on us. The waitress that served you had only been working here for a week, so she was very new and still in training. We hope next time you come...More

This is a full service hotel, so I assume they do breakfast in their restaurant. If you mean : is breakfast included with the room? then you need to contact the hotel directly for their breakfast options.
