LA PALAPA BEACH BAR, West Bay

My fifth visit to Infinity Bay and La Palapa Beach Bar was no different than my first visit on my honeymoon 12 years ago. The entire bar staff is always so attentive and friendly. Juanito, Nacho, Carlos, and the sweet female staff (I forget their...names) have always treated us like family and they continually go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I've been fortunate enough to travel extensively in the Caribbean and this Beach Bar is my favorite all time place to relax and get a drink or several. Juanito by day Carlos by night.

The bar staff at Infinity Bay make the whole resort! It’s impossible to sit down and not make friends with them! They are always welcoming and always smiling! Great positive energy and an awesome welcoming vibe! Juanito took care of my hangover during the day...and kept me well hydrated and Carlos brought the party at night! They made me feel like a I was the most important person at the bar! Always had my drink ready like they were looking for me to walk up to the bar! It was awesome! I won’t bring my family or guests anywhere else! They are one of the best parts of visiting Roatan! Can’t wait to come back!More

I know that they have a water purification system at Infinity Bay, but I am just questioning if anyone became ill by eating salads at this restaurant? I would like to have a few healthy meals on vacation, and am sceptical about eating anything washed.

We drank the water with no issues, but if you ask for water they will give you what you want. They are in cartons now as they are gong plastic free. You will have no issues eating healthy. The food is really good!
