I absolutely love Sake, I used to eat here regularly before we moved. My wife and I eat here every time we come to town. A little bit pricy but well worth it in my opinion.

Average at best; when you pay over $20 per person for takeout and the salmon and tuna are cooked and tasted like they came from a can... what else needs to be said. Recommend asking in advance if you end up here.

Sake's Sushi has been very well prepared and presented every time we have been there. The Mia Roll is one of my favorites.

The food is good and the prices are fair. We eat here regularly and often pick up or use dash to deliver. In the summer their back patio on the river is great!!

Luncheon at noon. It was a bit busy with diners and take away orders, but we were seated promptly. We ordered tea while looking through "new" menu items. Several new dishes including some Korean styles. Server very good and friendly, serving a bit slow, but...as I stated, they were busy. No worries. My friend ordered one of the "box" lunch which comes nicely served in a lacquered looking tray. Pork & veg main, salad, rice, miso soup, and fried Gyoza (veg dumpling). Good price and meal. I had my favourite avocado salad with a tangy ginger/carrot dressing and the crispy, Chef's special rolls. Comes in regular or spicy. I had the spicy, which is not over the top heat, just a good back bite. Very attractive serving and superb taste!. They offer a wide menu; family friendly, one level access. Vegetarian foods galore as well as gluten free (if requested, though may be limited gluten free menu). Though the restaurant lacks a certain amount of curb appeal and decor is so-so, the food and service are outstanding. This is worth a visit for dining, lunch or dinner. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. Opens at 11:30 a.m.More

Fantastic food and colorful presentation. Accommodated family of 6 including a three year old. Very welcoming and family friendly atmosphere. Good location as it backs onto the river. Nice to go for a walk after dinner or lunch.

I went there by myself the service was great and I felt very comfortable. The food was excellent. Ice been to some of the best in Winnipeg and Sake is right up there. I did a take out in the summer and it was a...good as eating in the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.More

Super surprised that a “small town” could have sushi/sashimi of such high quality. Come here 2-3 times a month for either dine in or take out and it’s always excellent. Would definitely recommend it if you’re someone who appreciates high quality sashimi.

We were a little rushed to eat here due to a course we were in (not a long time for lunch) but we tried this sushi joint. The sushi took a bit longer than usual sushi places to make but it was so delicious. Everything...was cooked or wrapped to perfection. They have their own twist on some classics (a yellow mustard sauce on dynamite rolls) but it actually added to the flavour and was super yummy! Tasted really fresh. The price was comparable to most sushi places- no complaints there. The server was very nice and friendly. I would definitely return if in the area and in want of sushi!More
