My husband and I decided to try this place out on a whim as we were driving around for fun and came by it, and it was amazing! The atmosphere is casual and chic, the staff are all very friendly, and the food is delicious! We were served by Brittany, who was very attentive and had some excellent suggestions. We started with the Country Corn and Cheese Dip, followed by the Duck Confit and Cassoulet for myself and the Fish and Chips for my husband....the dip was delicious and perfectly balanced with sweetness from the corn and salty from the cheese and bacon, absolutely delightful! The Duck confit cassoulet was warm and hearty, with the duck cooked perfectly. My husband's fish and chips looked beautiful, cooked properly with no extra grease or burnt parts, it was perfectly crisp and the fish was still very moist, it tasted lovely. We also had a cocktail to start and a bottle of wine with our lunch that we were able to take home with us since we didn't finish it all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it! We will definitely be back!

The only thing that could have improved our lunchtime experience would have been fine weather so that we could have sat outside on the handsome covered deck and gazed out over the golf course. However, the roaring fire in the restaurant almost made up for that. The food was delicious, the staff extremely pleasant, and helpful when I kept phoning for information on how to get there. Hint for out of towners, it is in the golf club building on Queen St and opposite the Independent grocery store. The creation of this eatery is one benefit of the Covid pandemic, I gather.

Food was great, service was great. Waitress let our 2 girls ages 6 and 3 go down to the practise putting green and kick around some balls until the food was ready which was awesome.Drinks were good as well as the food. Some personal thoughts, steak could have used more seasoning, the ceaser salad dressing could have used a bit more of a snap ( kind of tasted like a bland store bought dressing), personal preference maybe. Overall, great service, cold drinks and great food. Would recommend for sure!

First let me say that our server was lovely. Despite how busy it was, she was attentive, friendly and efficient. What was so disappointing was the food.
There was 6 of us and we all ordered a different meal. When I had read the reviews before booking this place, I thought it was going to be fabulous but everything tasted average at best.
Steak frites was ordered medium well and arrived medium rare . The server was kind enough to return it to the kitchen and it came back better but the chimichurri sauce just looked like a dish of oil with some herbs sitting on the bottom. Someone else had the Duck Confit & Cassoulet and she said it was awful. The beans looked like they just got poured out of a Heinz can.
The other meals ordered were; a Steak Sandwich, Fish & Chips, The Oktober & the Stonetown Trout. Which everyone commented as "Okay" Unfortunately, nothing stood out as an exceptional meal.
If these meals had of been as good as the reviews indicated, it would have been well worth the cost but not for the quality of food we received.

Our group of 9 dined at the restaurant and unfortunately left dissatisfied with our experience. Only after leaving the restaurant did we find out that 5 out of the 8 hot entrees ordered were cold and the Cobb salad left a lot to be desired. No one expressed this complaint to the waitress/staff….we each thought we were the only one with a cold meal. We regret not bringing forward our complaint while we were at the restaurant. We certainly did not get our value for the prices that are charged. No concerns with the setting or the waitress. We do not plan to dine again at this restaurant in the future.

Start off with a sweeping golf course view while sitting on deck of one grand patio.
Or the inside crowd can enjoy the AC in the finely designed and spacious dining room.
And it’s always a people thing.
A big nod to the excellent service from Ashlyn who also played great food guide for the menu.
Jennifer, and a flurry of service staff were attentive to all our needs, including my empty water glass.
Lots of class,
Always happy to see affable owner Matt Staffen on deck with an appearance by Chef Nathan
that put the proper finish on a fine dining experience.
We started by sharing superb (2) Calamari app (You might have never had Calamari so good), and
two desserts did the round of happy spoons.
Yummy.
Social 31, of course, is known for their crafted burgers.
Wing Commander always goes for the bird so I went for the crunchy chicken;
A beautiful thing.
A table mate enjoyed the crunchy bird as a burger.
Two people enjoyed the salmon while one stuck to salads …. great choices.

This is truly a hidden gem of a restaurant...especially for the non-golfers out there.
My wife and I were greeted at the door quickly and brought to our reserved seating. The environment is semi-casual, clean, comfortably lit and music in the background was at an enjoyable level. Our server (Lily) was fantastic, took the time to go over some of the menu highlights, and answered our questions. The food came to us in good time and was presented well. Both our dishes, including the appetizer, were delicious and flavourful. We didn't have room for dessert, so I guess we have another excuse to come back!

My wife and I decided to go outside of London for her birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish at Social Thirty One. Our server Brittany, was sweet and welcoming our entire visit and truly went above and beyond in making our visit (and my wife’s birthday) special.
The view overlooking the golf course from the patio was beautiful and the food was phenomenal. We ordered the Calamari and the Brussels Sprouts to start, the Pork and the Salmon for mains, and for dessert my wife chose the Chocolate Bomba. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking escape London for the night!
Thanks again to Brittany for her wonderful service and the rest of the Social Thirty One team for making our experience one of our favourites!

The food here is incredible! They have a seasonal menu and use locally sourced ingredients in their dishes which helps to add additional flavour to the food. We visited when their new autumn menu had launched so we had to try a few of their new plates!

We have dined here numerous times since moving to St. Marys a year ago. It’s always been a wonderful experience. The service is consistently top notch and the menu is always rotating and delicious!

Really delicious food, beautiful spot on the patio, service was good. I give it 4 out of 5 because one must beware of the testosterone fueled, inebriated golfers with their post-round banter. Imaginative craft cocktail menu. The steak sandwich was delicious, prepared medium rare as I had requested. Nashville Hot Chicken was also delightful. Many accommodating servers. We enjoyed watching the green and preparations for an outdoor wedding. Only drawback was the 8 top of golfers and their eff bombs. Brittany did the other servers did a fine job.

There were six of us for dinner and we all really enjoyed the new fall menu. Each of us had a different selection. Service was also very professional. If you are in the area Social 31 at the St Marys Golf Club is the best place to dine.

Just had a delicious lunch at this restaurant today. My companion remembered this restaurant more as a 'greasy spoon' offering burgers and fries after a game of golf. He was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades!
We were greeted when we arrived and shown to a lovely corner table. The friendly server arrived promptly and took our drinks order.
I had read previous reviews so based on that advice, I ordered the seafood toast with mushroom soup. The soup was full of flavour and a lovely consistency. The seafood toast was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious.
My companion ordered the mushroom and chicken melt with homemade fries. He expected melted cheese but it came with a modern twist, not melted but goat cheese. He enjoyed it nonetheless. His starter was a generous serving of large soft pretzels with a selection of mustard.
For dessert, we shared the chocoholic chocolate cake. It was rich and moist.
To our delight, Chef Nathan Brown visited each table stopping to chat. He was genuinely interested in our comments.
Looking forward to our next visit!

It is so cozy inside Social Thirty-One, and our meal was just what we needed on a rainy day. We split 3 different plates and they graciously served them to us split. We had the classic Pear and Pancetta Salad, the G.O.A.T. Burger and potato and clam chowder. Kelsey and Lily were so pleasant and answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to eat here again!
