All I can say is that the food is great! If you haven't tried the flourless chocolate cake, your taste buds are missing out!

We dropped in rather late one evening while we were in this quiet little town. Looked as though a few regulars were sullied up at the bar chatting with the lone waitress. We were immdiately greeted with a welcoming smile and shown a table and offered up a fairly wide selection beers to quench our thirst. Discovering the kitchen was... More

Great spot in Meaford for lunch or dinner. Lots on the menu to select from....soup, burgers, sandwiches, chicken, ribs, flatbreads, wraps, kids menu etc.... Busy restaurant with a bar but the service is always friendly and efficient. Menu is great value.

Hole in the wall pub and eatery. Live music Thursdays and Saturdays starting a 9:00pm along with 1/2 price wings! Try their fail soup special and you will have a different experience each day. We had the Montreal Smoked Meat and Split Pea soup. Excellent! Courteous staff and reasonable prices. Open Sunday too.

We had yummy hot leek soup and hot and tasty burgers. We'd definitely dine here again. A real bug of mine is when you order a meal and it is lukewarm when it arrives at the table. That is not the case at the Leeky Canoe. Well prepared food, tasted great and was very hot. Well done.

Dined on Sunday Oct 16 around 8pm. We were in town visiting Irish Mountain B&B and Scandinave and Coffin Ridge winery as part of a package deal. Decided to dine at this Leeky Canoe place as it is only 8 minutes from Irish Mountain and was recommended by that B&B an by its prior customers. It's a very small pub... More

Been going to the canoe for years now. Always good food and good service. It is a pub, so expect the restaurant to be loud in the evening. The menu has lots of choice, and everything tastes good. Wings are by far the best in the region

I've known of the Leaky Canoe for years and make a point to go whenever I'm in town. Great food- loved the scarecrow salad. Great prices - and the signs in the bathroom always make me laugh.

Both of our meals were great. I had the fish n chips, my wife had the grilled smothered chicken. Everything was fresh! Service was a tad slow, but the meal made up for it. Staff was courteous. I would definitely go back!

Thank Kim R
