We stayed in the area for two nights for whale watching and ended up eating here both nights as we enjoyed it the first night. I’m not sure why it is coming up with ££-£££ as it is definitely a £ budget restaurant. We paid P85 for a dried squid rice and fried egg dish and P180 for a tuna steak and rice dish plus P50 for a side of fries, so really very reasonably priced and everything was delicious. I would describe it as basic local food cooked perfectly. It is run by a friendly family. I would recommend giving it a try.
An open air resto bar that was popular with tourists and locals alike. Expect the usual levels of cleanliness that come with outdoor enterprises (so not clinically clean if you get my drift). The food here is mostly grilled and mostly tasty - rough and ready fast food Philippines style. We had squid, chorizo, crackling pig, mixed veggies, coconut. A lone guitarist entertained with classic US folk music. All good.
We ate here for breakfast before going Whale Shark diving. Amazing food served quickly and great staff. We came back to eat numerous times and will be sure to go back again if we ever come back to Cebu.
The pizza was a good size for 2 people and the location is pretty central in oslob, right near where the whale sharks are. Yes it's on the main road and a bit loud, but every other place is too so it's no big deal. The staff were very friendly and quick to help out. :)
I previously visited in 2019 and the Crispy Pata now in 2023 did NOT disappoint. the butter shrimp was equally good and service was quick & attentive. One of the staff even played some locally requested music.
We stayed at this lovely hotel which is located about a 20 mins drive from the Whaleshark Activity. One can choose to dine with lovely ambiance at the jetty on the water or dine undercover close to the resort. We had dinner and breakfast at this hotel. My dinner of a club sandwich and chips was quite average and breakfast was just a plated option. Food was nothing special but staff were lovely and friendly.
Very good food. Excellent chef in the kitchen with fresh and clean products. Snacks, meals, desserts.... Wine, cold belgium beers and real coffee. Amazing place with very friendly staff.
This place really offered Authentic and delicious Italian food. They have either pastas imported from Italy or they made their pasta fresh. From spaghetti, to penne, and to farfalle, you name it. They made their tomato sauces fresh, and sourced from their own garden. They also have authentic olive oil produced and directly imported from the owner's very own Olive farm in Roma, Italia (Rome, Italy). They never lessen the quality of the food for the sake of the price. Everything in it's menu is the real deal, legit Italian cuisine. You get the real pizza just like the pizzas that you can have in Italy. They made and roll their pizza dough fresh every day. As for the pasta dishes, they really assure you that you get the "al dente" bite to every dish you order. Each variety really represents the authenticity and the love for simple yet hearty and comforting quality of Italian cuisine. They also sell, variety of Bruschette, Gnoccho Frito, Calzone and Authentic Tiramisu as well. The ambiance as well really completed the mood of an authentic Italian Ristorante dining experience, as the place is situated in a location that's overlooking to the sea, it seems like you're in a little Italian restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean sea. In addition they also sell Italian products, such as their extra virgin olive oil, pasta and tomato sauces, salted capers, Italian anchovies, Parmigiano Reggiano, Italian Salami (parmesan) and Mozzarella cheese, Fresh Ciabatta bread, Red and White wine, Limoncello, and many more.
