I apologize in advance for my snobbishness but this place is too good for its venue and city. You sit down in this casual seeming gastropub, with its wood tables and kitschy decor, which is only about 3/4 full on a Saturday night, looking at its average seeming comfort food menu with its reasonable gastropub prices and it sets a certain expectation. And then they start bringing the dishes and all you can say is what the hell is this? Who is this chef? Where did he come from? Why is he here and not in New York or Toronto? Maybe he should go to the big city and get a Michelin star. The only thing to hint at the creativity of the food is the name of the restaurant. Suffice it to say yes the food is that good. It's like something out of a $150 a plate big City tasting menu but a la carte and served in a TJI Fridays equivalent venue with slightly higher prices. I apologize if I am seeming backhanded in my praise for this place but it's just so surprising. Merits its 5 star rating.

Great place to eat. Food is great bring your own wine, which is a problem if you'd tribe in town after 7pm (SAQ is close), but their food can keep you enjoying the night even with a bottle of supermarket wine. Do not miss it. The best is the price when you expect to pay twice the amount getting half of this is the cherry on top of the cake.

We enjoyed every meal we had, the service was excellent, the staff very knowledgeable and friendly and attentive. The wine list is impressive and appropriate for a Five Star restaurant. The cocktails (martinis) were as good as they get. We complimented the management on the quality of the service and the staff's professionalism. We stayed at the OTL for 5 nights and had at least 5 meals, all of which were top notch. The negative comments are totally unwarranted.

Very enjoyed the food and atmosphere in this restaurant. There is a good selection of beers. We had soup, fish & chip and burger. All good. Slight disappointment: - Salmon fish & chip is not a good idea. P.S. Our waitress spoke good English.

Go early at five for early dinner menu, or as late as nine for the $20 dollar menu. Strongly recommend the beef tartare. Fresh and good portion.

While visiting friends in the Sherbrooke area, we had lunch with another couple at Brasserie Fleurimont, and everyone had a great meal. The food and service were excellent, and our waitress was very friendly. My wife and I had their salmon, and the other couple had the shrimp & scallop plate, and we all enjoyed our lunch very much.

This is an Iranian restaurant. The meal we ordered was delicious. There is not a ton of variety on the menu-a mix of offerings of beef, chicken or pork, all with the same sides. The dessert, traditional Iranian ice cream, was fantastic. Recommended.

went with friends and really enjoyed our meals. Onion soup with Beef, excellent, calamari was delicious, Sorbet and Salad were a great pallet cleanser, The lamb was cooked perfectly. Desert and coffee were a nice way to end a meal, so Yes, we enjoyed this place. Our waitress cold not have been any more pleasant, and I enjoyed watching the busboy balancing trays FULL of glasses, looked like he had fun doing it.

We had a realy fine meal at lunch for half the dinner's price and the service was perfect. The place is nice, relax, quiet and the staff are all very kind. Michel the chef is one of the best in Québec and in Canada. Everything is realy good.

We were 2 couples and sat outside on the terrace. The service was professional and friendly. We were 2 couples and we all agreed that the menu had very little choice. I guess we made the mistake of not checking it first. We were hoping for burgers but none was on the menu. What we did order we enjoyed. Pizza was very good, my pork sandwich was actually delicious. There is cider and wine available as well as their beer. They are in a wonderful location with lots of parking available. As much as we enjoyed our food there just wasn’t enough on the menu to bring us back. But definitely worth a visit.

Was visiting Sherbrooke for the day and needed a place to eat lunch and all of the reviews were fantastic. Such a cute and low key spot. Went in as only English speakers and the workers did their best to translate for us. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was the special that day and it was incredible. My dad got the quiche and he really liked it as well. The soup it came with was very good as well. Thank you to the workers for helping us!

Without question, the most innovative eatery in the townships. Delicious food and engaging waitstaff made the dining experience one of the most delightful we have ever enjoyed. Yes, by Sherbrooke standards it is expensive, but be assured you will be talking about the meal for days to come, and how often have you paid an expensive tab for mediocre food … that will definitely not be the case here. The dining room is intimate, so reservations are encouraged. Now, enjoy!

Although it might be tricky to find on your first visit (look up, its on the second floor), its okay because you will be going back again and again. Every meal on the menu is vegetarian. I've taken meat eaters here and everyone is always satisfied with their meal. You can still get comfort food like poutine and pizza here or something more veggie central like salads or general tao. It is a short menu, but everyone will find something they like on it and it also means your food will get to your table faster. The drinks menu is to die for, with pages of beers, cocktails, whiskeys, gins, wine and more. I like how they have many producers from Quebec. The atmosphere of the restaurant is trendy but not in a way that makes older people uncomfortable, everyone feels welcome here. Its a beautiful space with lots of lush green plants. The lighting can be a bit dim so you can't always appreciate the thoughtful paint colour and tile choices. I think this is due to the combo of many windows that don't always get direct sunlight. I'm sure in the summertime, it won't be a problem. I have only sat on the patio once and it was in fall time, so a bit chilly. But I love the massive space, outdoor bar and stringed lighting. I cannot wait to go back for bit of a later night experience rather than just dinner time. They let you have DOGS on the patio. I repeat, bring your puppers in summer time!! I don't know anywhere else in Sherbrooke that does this.

We were able to sit without a reservation. Our waitress spoke English which was a huge plus as my French is limited and my husband’s is nonexistent and the menu was in French. The meal was fabulous. The atmosphere relaxing and homey. Can’t say enough about this establishment.

Our group had dinner here recently, and really enjoyed our visit. Service was slow, but friendly and accommodating. A number of staff could converse in English, which is helpful in such a francophone area. The food was very good, and portions very large. And, while there are limited vegetarian options - odd for a town with so many university students - I can say that the vegan risotto was absolutely fantastic. Delicious, and the perfect portion amount. Coffee and desserts were excellent, as well. The patio would be very nice in the summer. The only drawback is that bathrooms are a couple of flights below the main floor, and this could be hard on mobility-challenged people. This place clearly is geared for a younger clientele, but everyone can enjoy this place.

Two night in a row, we ordered via "J'ai faim". The food was good with large enough portion. We tried the cobb mexican salad, the chicken quesadillas, tostadas and tacos with rice and salad. All were very good. Rich, but good. The prices are reasonable and delivery service quite fast.

While I could not partake in much of the food - Baton Rouge is not meant for vegans - I can say many in our party absolutely loved the food on our recent visit. I can attest to the excellent martinis, and the friendly and very attentive service delivered by the young ladies that served us. The highlights amongst our group were the ribs, and a beef gnocchi that people raved about. The space here is large, with a nice bar area, and distinct sections. The booths are very large and comfortable. Prices are reasonable for the type of restaurant and portion size. I do wish they would put the lighting down a little bit: It was like eating in a stadium!!! But I can highly recommend this place to individuals and groups. Who would have known?

Great food and service, prices are in line with the style of restaurant $17-$25 average price per person. The only let down was potato skins.... they were literally just skin strips with a bit of cheese and bacon. The poutine was good but presentation could be nicer and curds could be more plentiful but gravy tastes good.

We had been recommended this restaurant by someone who had eaten there previously. Our group was very satisfied with all the dishes, service was excellent, with our water glasses being filled repeatedly. We were all driving so did not BYOW/B, but as an option that is a great idea. One strange thing was that the satay dish we thought was actually a green curry, so we must have got the wrong dish, it tasted great but not satay for sure. The meals were presented with lovely edible flowers and altogether looked and tasted wonderful. Prices were reasonable and we left satisfied but not feeling overfull as it was lighter fare than the average Chinese food, that can tend to be fried or have heavy rice sides. We were recommended this place and I would say go and try it if you can. We aware there is only street parking. You can sit inside or out, both areas have plenty of room. Enjoy this one if you can:)

We ate breakfast there on a trip through Sherbrooke. I would have liked an English menu but everything else was fabulous! The atmosphere is quaint with beautiful flowers beside our window seat. Food was delicious... a nice way to start our day! I would definitely recommend a meal here.

It’s my 7th visit and I am more impressed time after time. Russell and Michaële are two of the best hosts you will find. The 7 service meal is incredibly balanced. The wines that accompany every meal are the perfect pair completed by the sommelier Benoit .If you come to Sherbrooke this is place is a must. You will definitely not regret. Russell, Michaële and the food they serve make the experience the reason I keep coming back. Time after time

My spouse and I had dinner on a Monday night in the informal dining room with service. We each ordered a different Curry: Red Curry with Tofu and Chicken Curry with Peanuts. They were both delicious; flavoured with lime leaves and other savoury spices in the sauce. Both dishes were generous with "al dente" vegetables and steamed rice. The atmosphere is casual with contempory music. Recommend!

We are so lucky to have this restaurant in our area. The food is delicious; like home cooking that is mildly spicy. We love the butter chicken dish that comes with a delicately flavoured yoghurt side dish, a tasty cabbage type salad and lentils. The pakoras are light and superb. The decor is warm and welcoming.

We had French toast and an omelette, both were exceptionally tasty, the fruit that came with the French toast was very fresh and sweet, too. We only give 5star reviews when we find a place an exceptionally pleasant experience. Coffee is very good, and we found the service very friendly and the food came quickly; through then we were among the first customers on a Sunday morning. It filled up quickly and all tables were occupied at 10. 35$ for breakfast for two.

The Decor may not be All that Outstanding, the tables aren't all luxury and fantasy, but it more than makes up for it's lack in the quality of the food and the excellent service you get from TI and NIA. Gotta taste the SHRIMP DONUTS as an entrée. Oh and don't forget to bring your own wine because there is NO ALCOHOL permit there. Had a great time, great fun and great food.
