Great subs! Fresh ingredients. It has probably been 15 years since we pitched up at the door of this establishment for a couple of subs. Dropped in on Sunday afternoon. Nothing has changed. Same guy behind the counter. A bit older, but then aren't we all. Anything you order is going to be outstanding and simple. Clean surrounding. Well run and busy place even for a mid afternoon on a summer weekend. That's gotta tell you something.

My wife and I just ordered take out from Tom’s , I had 2 piece fish with Greek potatoes while she had 2 skewers of souvlaki with rice and Greek potatoes. We hadn’t eaten there for at least six months and found the food has changed. The Greek potatoes were nothing like what we are used to very greasy and did not taste anything like other Greek potatoes from other local Greek restaurants. The same could be said for the souvlaki they did not taste like Greek souvlaki! Disappointing! On a good note fish was done to perfection light batter and cooked well.

The food! The very best Sweet and Sour Chicken. I have not found another with the thin crispy outside, tender all chicken inside and homemade sweet and sour sauce. Add to that, fresh seasonal vegetables, traditional fried rice and a freshly made spring roll. Very friendly and helpful staff. I travel from outside of the city for 30 minutes just to go there. Excellent value for the money.

Husband and I came here for dinner after work. We had the mussels for a shared appetizer. Omg so yummy. He had the seafood spaghettini and I had the creamy sundried Alfredo fettuccine with added shrimp. Both dishes were very good. We’ll be back for sure. Service was good, very attentive and accommodating. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks for a great meal Resto!

Very clean and well organized inside, making distancing seem like just another day. Service was excellent, with attention given to every detail. Although there was a line when I arrived, it moved fast and the quality of the food was excellent. The portion sizes are large for the price! Selection is great too. I will be returning.

This is the only place I totally enjoy Chinese food mainly because they have not changed or modified their food so much that you don't even recognize it. They have not compromised their value for the money. I eat out a lot and none compares. There is another in Dartmouth very good but the staff here are the best and the prices are the best and the food is the best. We were so happy to be able to get their food again. I had to try other places before they opened during covid. None compared. Thanks so much for keeping you food the way we expect and for being there.

After a long day of travelling we were looking for a beer and a snack before continuing on to Wolfville. With most establishments closed on a Sunday evening, we stumbled across Freeman’s and were pleasantly surprised. Great low key atmosphere with local beers and ciders on tap. Grabbed a side of French fries - 10/10! Perfect seasoning! Not a must do on your trip, but certainly enjoyed ourselves and would make a point of stopping again if we are back in the area.

Two friends and I dined at Il Mercato last night, it was our first get-together since Jan. 2020. We had a wonderful experience. We were greeted warmly and quickly seated. The restaurant was bustling and this was at 5 p.m. We were served by Brent who was friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our appetizers and meals, they were fresh, beautifully seasoned and delicious. The calamari was so tasty and the handmade ravioli was fantastic. The restaurant was full and, although we were seated in a corner, we still found it difficult to hear across the table. I suppose that is just a part of dining out in a popular place and it did not prevent us from enjoying the wonderful service and delicious food.

Being gluten intolerant I asked for a chicken shawarma without the wrap. What I received was a shawarma bowl with rice and vegetables. I truly enjoy shawarmas, but this one I had was by far the best I ever had! Fresh hot and full of flavor. It smelted so good, I ended up eating some of it before I got home. The service was fast and friendly, but most importantly the food was extremely good.

Hey gang it is okay Chinese food at an okay price. I have eaten here several times over the year out of convenience. The servers for the most part are lost having no serving skills, not clearing as they go, not understanding the menu, confused on payment systems etc... so that's a negative. The food is slightly above average but all things considered this is an average Chinese restaurant.

We order a huge scoff from Long Dragon every Christmas and eat it for three days straight. It’s unbelievably good. I think about their chicken soo guy on a weekly basis. I wish they delivered - because I would order it more often. This is a winner!

Visited this joint for lunch since this place has excellent reviews largely. Other location on Quinpool also does very well. Im sorry to say but I was not impressed as the sushi rice was stale, cold and dry. The chef kept to their tradition of "free stuff" however it does not matter to me as this is not a quality sushi. For the price Wasabi Sushi offer's way more than what you can get at any other sushi restaurant. No doubt this joint is very popular amongst students community in HRM but unfortunately this is not a place for me. I hope as competition increases quality will also improve. Good luck.

Love having extended family get together here!!! Food is awesome and service is excellent. They can make room for large groups. Always love going here. Also I have been known to stop by for a take out combination plate!

I'm finally getting around to putting a proper review in for Appartment 3 because the staff had been consistently raising the bar for great service to complement great coffee. The espresso bar is always something to look forward to and the selection of yummy donuts, Cookies and granola bars is tops from local producers like Vandal Donuts among others. The seating is comfortable with lots of space and it's kept clean. Overall, after several visits I can comfortably recommend Apt 3 as the spot for coffee in Bedford Sackville and would be extremely competitive for HRM As I sip my decaf americano 😁

I'm not sure what happened but this place closed for a month or so but luckily it reopened. The burritos are as good as ever and the service is fast & friendly. It is vegetarian & vegan friendly.

Saturday evening (Feb 18) we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days, but we were feeling like a treat. :) My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give extra stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. Food was fine it was nice to have taters however the chicken was dripping grease from the fryer and done better it was leaking through the box.

I abuse the unlimited veggies and sauce, my Pita looks twice the size of anyone else. The staff is great at putting the Pita together for you and ensuring that you have everything you want.

My wife and i ordered a large donair pizza with extra sauce for delivery tonight.Delivery guy was early then quoted on the phone (great). Delivery guy was polite.The Pizza was awesome and the sauce was perfect.Highly recommend the Donair pizza.Two thumbs up!!!

Ordered the two medium special . Both pizzas were very good , lots of toppings great crust plenty of cheese . Overall one of the better pizzas I have had in eastern Canada .

This is our first time ordering from Pomodoro’s. The sauce was quite good, generous toppings and lots of cheese, 1 star for each. We ordered a thin crust and a deep dish to see the difference. I don’t know if they messed up the order or not, but we couldn’t tell the difference. It was delivered just warm, and might have been quite good if hot. Bottom was not crisp at all. Warmed it up in a frying pan the next day and it was better. I don’t think day old pizza should beat what was delivered. We might give them a second chance.

Pizza tastes good but a bit skimpy on the toppings, When I had a problem with a pizza the worker that took my complaint was not helpful. I spoke to the manager and he was not very nice. I boycotted them for a while but now order and service much better. Everyone deserves a second chance

DQ is underrated as a fast food restaurant and I forget they have burger and fries which are as good or better than other places. The $7.00 meal there is great, burger, fries, drink and ice cream. Hint, if you are a big eater like me, they will put another patty on the burger for you at a reasonable price.

We have had home delivery as well as dine in experience here and,,, we have not had a great feeling of decent food and service, with respect to the price...

This restaurant has been our favourite for years. Menu selection is varied, portions are kind, and food is absolutely delicious!! Our daughter is gluten free, and food is always good. Skip the dishes also offered and we’re appreciative. Lunch specials are excellent prices and portions and offered til 4pm. We often take out lunch for our dinner! Red curry chicken and masamin curried beef are our favourites. Thai chicken skewer absolutely delicious as well. Highly recommend!

Typical fast food. Good for a quick eat. Burgers are decent. Price is reasonable. Like their value menu.

Hey all I'll keep this short and sweet. I am home for the Holidays and asked pmy brother if he wanted to order some Pizza, we decided on PizzaTown and and I'm glad we did. The prices are average for the area aswell as the delivery time, but the quality of the pizza is much better than the local rivals. IF YOU LIKE : pizza that tastes great, not cheap on the sauce, and topings that cover the whole pizza (not an inch of boring crust at the end) then PizzaTown will not disappoint. I will end my review by saying my Wife, and Niece, both work in the pizza industry and we know Pizza. I put a slice in the oven the next day, and would still perfer the day old, reheated slice over the other places in town.

I had them for lunch today and was surprised just how good it was. One of the better fish & chips here in Dartmouth. Sure beats John's Lunch by a country mile.

A quick bite to eat. I found is typical of most fast food restaurants. The restaurant was very clean. Staff was courteous and attentive to detail. I would recommend coming here again.

This was my first time trying Pizzadelic and I was OK with it. The staff were very friendly and the prices were very fair. Free parking in a busy area and many other shops in the area. The crust was nice but seem to lack a substance. The portions were generous and the but the pizza was just so so.
