Sturgeon Falls to Niagara Falls

Tip: Hitting the road here almost anytime between spring and autumn delivers a memorable trip, but aim for fall for gloriously vivid leaf displays. The falls can get busy, so you may want to avoid key vacation times. Allow around 6 days.

This road trip is as Canadian as hockey. To majestic scenery and canoe trips add maple syrup farms and tranquil hiking trails. It also has a real vacation vibe: play a round of golf, cruise on a steamship, tour a vineyard, feast on BBQ, and fall in love with a lighthouse at the end of a pier. Plus of course there are the blockbuster sights – the awe-inspiring, thundering, thrilling waterfalls.
