Which drinks package exactly as Freedom does not have an alcohol package as far as I am aware.

Do you mean fruit jiuces / water / soda package etc etc ??

At this time, there are no alcohol drink packages available on the RCCL ships - they experimentet with a alcohol drinks packages last year - as yet, have not continued it.

There are Fountain Soda, Juice and Bottled water packages available on all ships.

The Soda Package allows you unlimited fountain soda drinks throughout your cruise. The bottled water package is Evian® Sports Cap .750ml bottled water, available in quantities of 8, 12, 16 and 24 to be delivered to your room for use throughout the cruise. The Juice package is Minute Maid® bottled juice packages are available in a variety of flavors and quantities to keep your whole travel party satisfied.

Grandeur, Legend and Splendour of the seas all still continue to have an alcohol beverage package for 2012.

Hey thanks Steve - my TA here told us last month that the Alcohol packages trial run was over and they were no longer available. Will make sure they have this info also! Got to love TA and CruiseCritic - between the 2 of them, so much info!

They did discontinue it on Indy when she left the UK for Miami, its the Yanks you see... they cant handle their beer lol

I also talked with my RCL rep when I booked my cruise and they do offer the drink packages. However they aren't really advertised. You can book the drink package as soon as you get on the ship.

Yes, they do now, but they only just introduced them to most of those ships.

The last posting on this thread was April.

A lot of things can change in that length of time.
