Hiya
We are going to brynowen for a long wkend in april. 2 adults a toddler and baby. We dont drive, was wondering will we need a taxi from train station to brynowen? Does anyone know a good firm and the approx cost?
Thank you
Looks to be about a mile on the map - would you want to walk that?
Google gives Limit Taxis who are actually in Borth - 01970 872007 - don't know if they are any good or not
Thanks v.much. In general a mile is nothing to us as we walk most places at home inc to work and back which is a little over a mile either way BUT saying that with a big heavy case I dont think hubby would appreciate that. Lol.
I've walked it many times but I've never had more than a shoulder bag with me and my children are between 6 and 12 so a bit older. Takes about 20 mins.
Limit taxis have changed hands & are now called Borth Taxi, still have same phone no, you could always call them for an approximate cost. If you come out of the railway station at Borth & walk to the end of the road to the junction there is a bus stop, if the train is on time you would have about 15 mins to wait for a bus which would take you to Brynowen. No buses on Sunday though.
We had a cab from the railway inn to the caravan sight it was only £3 the station is just down the road,07792789255 llandre cabs, very good service.
