We are planning on doing 2 whale watching tours from Brier Island in September. We are trying to decide whether to stay 1 or 2 nights. Is there anything else to do on the island if we finish a morning tour or should we move on? Thanks for your help.

Brier Island is a very small island ( aprox 5 miles long & 2 miles wide) so 1 night there would be sufficient. You might want to stop in Tiverton (on Long Island) for a hike to see the Balancing Rock,

Just curious as why you are taking 2 whale watching tours.
Thanks for your advice. We've done whale watching in Cape Cod, MA, and it was one of the favorite things we've ever done. Since it's been many years, we thought we'd get our fill while in NS. It's our first time here.
