1. Re: train

There are frequent high speed trains from Stratford International to Sittingbourne where you change for Sheerness. Otherwise there are frequent (and cheaper) normal trains from Victoria to Sheerness.

Sheppey or Shepway?

A more exact location (town/village rather than general area) would be helpful.

The Isle of Sheppey is in the district of Swale, but Folkestone is in the district of Shepway. They are miles apart, so please clarify your destination.

If it is the Isle of Sheppey there are only two stations on the island, Sheerness and Queenborough.

As above, you can get a train from Stratford International to Sittingbourne, then the local train from there to Sheerness etc.

www.nationalrail.co.uk will give you times and fares.
