We will be cycling through Odeceixe in April 2023 on our journey along the Portuguese coastline from Lisbon to Faro. What is the thing in Odeceixe you recommend most for us to see/do?

Odeceixe is all about the beach (even though it isn't directly on the beach).

Fabulous wide beach - nice drive or ride into Odeceixe by the river which is at the back of the beach and will be almost deserted in April with hardly anything open if its windy and wet!

it's only about 4km to the beach area so a nice gentle little ride. If you have time later for a longer diversion to the coast, this would be fun!
