wifi in and around Antigua?

Are there many free wifi places around Antigua? For instance in restaurants? Or is it just available in hotels?

Cheers

The availability of FREE wifi around Antigua is limited at best. There are a few places in St. John's (particularly in Redcliffe and Heritage Quay) where you can get free wifi, and MAYBE one or two restaurants, but other than that you have to pay.

Although you can buy prepaid internet cards if you want internet on the ACT network, but connectivity can be a bit spotty in some areas

Depends on where you are. Lots of free wifi in Jolly Harbour and English Harbour - many bars and restaurants have it - you'll often have to ask for a password though. There's even wifi at my favourite beach bar at Darkwood now.
