I will be staying at the Divi Village Golf & Beach resort in Feb. Are there grocery stores nearby to pick up food? Would we need a car? Any suggestions for dinner?
Scroll down to post no. 4 - these stores are all available to you - via shuttle or walking or taxi/rental....expand the map to see where they are in relation to where you are staying....short walk or shuttle ride.
For a casual first night dinner - walk over to Mulligan's on the property.
Counsellor44, how was your stay at Divi golf resort? We are booked & will be staying there on Sept 17.
I have few questions please if you dont mind.
Did you visit all Divi resorts? Or you just stayed at Divi golf?
Any restaurants nearby? Also good decent price? And any wifi?

Hi. We are thinking of going to this resort in Nov.2018 using our RCI timeshare. What is the best way to get to the resort from the airport? Is there a shuttle bus or would we taxi.? If so what would a taxi cost? We are not doing the all inclusive so are there liquor stores nearby? Is see there are grocery stores nearby which will be great. I'm assuming the kitchens are fully equipped? Any suggestions and feedback would be great. Thanks.
Taxicab is the way to go, US$22.00 (US$25.00 on Sunday) for max 5 passengers.
Lings market is a short 5 or 6 blocks, 15 minute +/- walk or there is a min-mart at the resort. Free shuttle around the property to a small market at the Alhambra Casino Mall. Good selections of liquors at Lings.
Full kitchens in the units.
Good restaurants on site and nearby via free shuttle in the mall area near the casino.
Just s a sample of the offerings.
Check out the selection of liquor at the Duty Free Shops in either your last airport in USA or at the Aruba Airport upon arrival into Aruba. Prices are better if they have what you are looking for.
