Divi Aruba holiday coming up

Hi

Would like some advice about trips etc which is the best way to book them? Direct or with Thomson holidays?

We like hiring a boat to go fishing etc does anyone know how much is reasonable to pay?

We are supposed to be in partial sea view rooms? Are these rooms nice and in a good location or would you recommend another type of room?

Thank you xxx

Try the island jeep tour you will get to see the main attractions and its fun. The local buses are great and cheap, look online at the timetable. We use them to head north for the better snorkelling at Malmok, Boca Catalina and Arashi, we usually go after breakfast for a couple of hours then back for lunch. You can get the bus to do the butterfly farm independently and Orangestad.

De Palm Island is a fun day out. We arranged with Thomson's for just transport and tickets, rather than the catermaran so we had longer on the island. ( the blue parrot fish are amazing)

We go for our fourth trip in september cannot wait!!

Enjoy.

We have been to Aruba a few times and going again in October, not a large island and so not a lot of trips. Get the bus into capital also to the high rise, nice bars in both and on the beach at the high rise area, love bugaloo pier near the Rui hotel. Easy to bus to the butterfly farm. Shopping centre up high rise used to do a nice water fountain show in the evening (not sure if still happens) Stayed in the high rise area before but going to try the Tam this time, for a more chilled time but with the easy option of getting on buses or walking if feeling inclined to Capital or High rise area.
