In our travels to Sunscape The Beach, now Dreams Punta Cana - we have found that the beach there is often topless. Sunscape/Dreams is just down the beach from Excellence resort. (I think!)

The resorts do not allow topless sunbathing around the pools but the beaches are often topless!

You can pretty much go topless anywhere in beaches of DR, you can do it as well in the pool for most hotels.. never seen any staff coming up to any lady and told them to cover up...so yeah feel free to them free..

In a few weeks we will be taking our third trip to DR

My wife has never had a problem being topless on the beach. She does hoever keep it where she is taning or for a swim. We have however seen some women puting on there own show joging down the beach.

I go topless @ the beach and the pool! But I am a guy.

I think you also need to be respectful at non adult only resorts where there are children about as some people can take offence.
