In Jamaica 'low season' runs from about April 15 to about Dec. 15. During this period the prices are always lower than during 'high season' (Christmas, New Years, and winter). The lowest prices of 'low season' are normally in the last half of Aug. and Sept. (right as and after school starts in the US and Canada).
Keep in mind that Aug. and Sept. are also in the middle of rainy season (expect rain almost any day). Aug. and Sept. are also in the middle of hurricane season (possible but with low probability).
Figure around the end of April First part of May. You will get low season prices, the weather will be good and warm, but not overly hot, and it won't be rainy season yet.
We always go to RDMB the end of May. We get a little rain, but nothing that has effected anything we had planned.
Thank you very much.
