We will stay in a private villa in Ocho Rios with several staff such as a cook, housekeeper, apparantly a maid. or even a gardner. What do we do about tipping?

We have stayed in villas a few times. We were told 15% during summer and 10% during winter (winter prices are much higher). So if the villa is $3000 in summer and $4500 in winter the tip would be 450. We used it as a starting point but always increased it due to the level of service and kindness of the staff. The cook runs the house and gets the most. The housekeeper and gardner would get about the same. One villa had a guy come every morning and rake the beach and arrange the beach chairs etc. He was only there an hour so we tipped him but not nearly as much as the others.
