Does anyone know what the weather is like at Christmas, New Years in Tulum? Is it warm enough to swim?
You never really can tell but it should be nice and fresh at night and warm/hot during the day.
Great! Thank you.
The water is almost always a constant temp of 87 degrees-it's fun at night in the winter because it can drop into the low 60's and a walk on the beach is shocking because the water is warm and the wind is cold-high during the day upper 70's to upper 80's just beautiful and great sleeping weather with a blanket.

Been to Tulum 35 times and counting.
Thanks! Thinking of a trip for Xmas/New Years but didn't want to be disappointed if it was cold. Thanks for the reply.
It's chillier an you may think. The water should be fine, but being a sweater and something warm to sleep in. It can get cool at night, especially if you're staying in one of the more rustic palapa places, where wind can get in through the walls.
Thanks. As long as it's warm during the day, I can handle cool nights.
