Hi!

Could anyone tell me if Last week of August/Labour Day weekend is a good time to visit Shediac, weather wise?

I have a week off then and was thinking of using that time for a roadtrip with 2 kids! Will it still be warm enough to swim? We are hoping to visit Perlee Beach and Hopewell Rocks.

Thank you!

Generally, late August / early September are still ok to swim and visit the wharf in Shediac. As always on the North Atlantic, bring a sweater and jacket because it has the potential to be cool on the water and definitely will be in the evenings. Things don't start to really shut down until after Thanksgiving. The last couple of years have been beautiful in September.

Hi

this icomment a based on your location of Burlington On.

This is a google map with hours of wheels turning needed to get there and back https://goo.gl/maps/XQeRSyGRAM52 which shows about 3,500 km.

Just making you aware that it will be a lot of time getting there and not much time being there. You know your kids best about how long they will last in a car or how often they might say "are we there yet" (-:
