when i was looking for accommodations in shediac, i came across a motel that very highly rated and they said they had a short "woodsy" trail right from the motel to parlee beach. now, i can't remember the name of it. any ideas? thanks

187 helpful votes Are you planning on swimming at Parlee Beach? They've had water quality issues over the past two summers (high e. coli and coliform levels) and there have been closures at times.

Noone will be swimming in the water till next June just based on weather temps.
As for a hotel with a path to the beach I am not aware of that.
That being said, people swam there all summer with no issues that I am aware of. Government would release the results of the water tests days after the date...so you had no idea or way of knowing if the water was ok the day you wanted to swim....what's the point of the water test results days AFTER the fact?!..lol
