We have a 7 day tour of eastern canada and we finish in Montreal for four days in May/june My friend and I are celebrting 50 years of friendship and left the men at home!

What should we see/do in Montreal Also I know there are lots to do but fancied getting out of the city for a day on either the Saturday or Sunday before we fly back to UK late on Monday , . We don't want the faff of hiring a car so need an escorted day trip. We will have already been to Quebec and then driven by coach "scenically" to Montreal. All suggestions gratefully received

PS We also have a free day in Toronto before we start the tour ...anything we really really must not miss in Toronto

Hi oldsue;

This forum is primarily about the Province of Ontario, in general.

You would be better to post your question on the respective destination forums, where you are most likely to receive qualified replies.

The #1 must see / must do in Toronto is the CN Tower - Over 550 metres / 1800 feet tall, and it has a glass floor ! Just opened at the CN Tower - Edge Walk, Toronto’s tallest attraction now offers adventure lovers the ability to walk OUTSIDE – around the circumference of the roof, 365 metres / 1168 feet above the ground !

Best Regards
