Any algae blooms at crystal beach?

No. The beaches were absolutely packed on the weekend. You can check the water quality reports here: https://www.niagararegion.ca/living/water/beaches/default.aspx

And you do know that there is now a $5 per person daily fee to get onto Bay Beach?

According to this report today from the Weather Network, most of the algae is at the western end of the lake.
