Welcome to TripAdvisor, Maryam;

If not travelling by car, your public transportation options will have you travel to Toronto first (approx. 120 miles / 193 km northeast) then transferring to another vehicle for the second leg, to Niagara Falls (approx. 80 miles / 130 km southwest) making for a long, slow journey.

Basically 3 options:

Renting a car and driving yourself - about 2-2.5 hours.

Greyhound bus - 5-7 hours because all buses go to Toronto first

$40-$50 one way

ViaRail - through Burlington 4 hours ~$50 one way
