Any recommendations for breakfast near to Royal York hotel. We only eat a light breakfast normally.
The Royal York is connected to the underground PATH system which consists of 18 miles of underground tunnels connecting office buildings, shopping complexes, etc. There are numerous food courts down there that will all be open for breakfast on weekdays.
You might also consider walking a few blocks east on Front Street to the St. Lawrence Market where all manner of bakeries, kiosks, etc. will tempt you. The Market is a destination in itself. Note the Market is closed on Sundays & Mondays.
If it's a continental breakfast you seek, check out Petit Thuet on King, just west of Yonge for croissants and coffee.
