With respect, that's not how the forums work. The posters who respond are volunteers, like yourself. We can offer suggestions based on what your initial 'homework' comes up with and advise if your timings are accurate. Stuff like that.

<<Old Trafford Stadium Tour

Shopping around London, camden market, borough market>>

that makes no sense as old trafford is in Manchester (some 200 miles from London). Liverpool is approximately 30 miles from Manchester.

How are you getting tickets for liverpool v bournemouth? Also you should be aware that this match may be moved for TV.

Day 1, you mention London Bridge, a modern concrete construction of limited architectural interest (in my opinion). Do you mean Tower Bridge?

Day 1. London is huge. You won’t be able to walk between sites so you’ll have to take public transport. It’s Tower Bridge not London Bridge that you want to see.

Day 2. Vary things, spreading the museums through the week. Do you mean the British Museum or the National Gallery? Here’s a list of free museums to consider. There are also plenty more you have to pay to get in

Day 3. Book the Harry Potter tickets without delay. There is already only limited availability that day.

Day 4. It’s going to take all day to get to Manchester, tour the stadium and come back again. I doubt there’ll be any time - or much energy - left to go shopping in London afterwards. You could, instead, do a tour of Wembley, Arsenal or Chelsea stadiums.

Day 5. Have you got tickets for the game and are you sure the fixture won’t be moved to accommodate TV schedules? Unless you’re positive about these two points you might have to forego the match.

As said, you probably mean Tower Bridge not London Bridge (very uninteresting):
