Duty Free Booze as Carry On

Hello, I will be travelling to Norway and will fly in to Heathrow in a couple weeks. I plan to buy a few bottles of wine and a litre of liquor (I understand Norway's alcohol limits). I plan to carry these items on the plane, my question is how can I do this safely? Do the bags that Duty free supply well cushioned to handle any bottles? I just don't want to have any break and cause problems for those around me. Thanks very much!!

Your bottles will be placed inside a soft plastic protective net and then into a sealed, tamper-evident bag. They are exceedingly sturdy.

Been on lots of flights , bought duty free many times and don't recall anyone breaking a bottle

With reasonable care you will be fine , especially in light of the prices in Norway

Cheers
