V and A question

Getting the bus from Edinburgh to Dundee to visit the V and A.

Should we get off at the bus station in Dundee and find our way to the museum, or is there a stop closer that might save a longish walk.

Thanks.

If the bus stops at Dundee train station, then it is literally across the road.

Stagecoach buses run an hourly service from Edinburgh.

If it's the X54 ? It goes straight into the bus station from the Tay Road Bridge without passing a bus stop but simply go back down the street it comes in on and walk along the road to the right. You'll have seen exactly where the museum is as you cross the bridge. 5 minute walk.
