1. Re: smoking

What "terminal" are you referring to as regards smoking? Bus terminal, airport terminal, a terminal illness?

As with all smoking areas it's outside the terminal - just follow the puff of white smoke (assuming you aren't in Rome) or the line of desperate looking people

As a non smoker I can sympathise with smokers it must be a real strain to have to wait to have a cigarette. I have friends who are desparate to give up and I know how difficult it is for them. So to Wol I would say live an let live. We are the lucky ones.

Smoking has been banned in all indoor public places in Scotland. This means that all smoking areas will be outside.

Ooooops I meant Edinburgh Airport lol.

Its just that Manchester still has an airside smoking area and last year so had Edinburgh.

Nicotine patches will provide you with a fix, AND make you more relaxed during the flight. (And they are healthier than fags).

A win-win situation. Give it a try.

If only the smokers used the smoking area and not stand at the terminal doors forcing the disgusting smoke on people trying to access the airport.

There are definitely no smoking areas at the airport airside. You have to have your last puff outside the terminal unfortunately

And not by the doors!

I use EDI a lot and have never see an airside smoking area there since the smoking ban was enforced years ago now.
