Dublin 2 days trip - Help Needed!

Hi,

I'm going to Dublin for a short trip, with my gf, arriving in 10/12 and leaving in 12/12.

I need to find a good hotel (or hostel) to stay and some advice about what to see and places to go.

Any help? :)

By the way, i'm leaving from Lisbon, if anyone need the "reverse"-help, just say it :)

Dear Jtmartins

Hope you have a wonderful trip to Dublin. You might think of staying around the Temple Bar area and these are links to a hotel and a hostal:

http://www.kinlaydublin.ie/

http://www.arlington.ie/index.html - the Temple Bar Arlington hotel is very convenient for seeing the sites as is the Kinlay Hostel, although I notice the trip advisor reviews for the Arlington hotel Temple Bar are mixed.

If you want to stay near Grafton Street you might look at

http://www.russellcourthotel.ie/

(family members have stayed in the Russell Court and enjoyed it).

You might also look at the

http://www.discoverireland.ie/

website and this will give you a list of all the accommodation in the city centre. You dates include a Friday\Saturday so the rates will be dearer than if you were staying mid-week.

Should do the trick. Twenty minutes from St. Stephens Green walking.
