I am unable to edit the SPTH form, and it's less than 48 hours before our flight. When I give the form identifier, security code, and passport number, it says the form cannot be retrieved. What should I do and how do I fix this?
Hi, did you ever get this sorted or were you able to complete the form in Spain upon explaining the issues you were having?
ifilled in a request for a family form the email came back with my qr code but cannot find my wifes any ideas please ?
I keep getting ‘form could not be created’ and I fly tomorrow. Does anyone know how to fix it? Nothing is copied and pasted, it’s all be typed.
I found the app to be a bit hit n miss, so I suggest you just complete the form via the internet http://spth.gob.es
Just did mine and it went through fine as I fly to Canaries tomorrow too.

I had some issues completing the form on the app. It kept on freezing before giving the QR code. I swapped over to my laptop and it seemed to work quite well!
I'd recommend people do this on their computer as it seems to work much easier without glitches. I got my QR code through via e-mail and then I can access this on my phone.
