I used the agency with other friends. They keep our deposit of 300 euros after the period of stay with any reasons, saying we stole/broke stuff while not true. When we tried to contact them, there was no answering at all and of course we did not have any proof against what they said to show we were right: it was a true stealing of our money!! Totally disliked and not advised.
This reply is a tad late, but I have just used them on a visit to Cadiz. They just gave us the keys to the apartment and asked us to leave them in the apartment when we left. We did take the precaution of calling by the office and pointing out a couple of minor problems with the apartment. They refunded the deposit after 7 days as they had said. I would use them again.
stayed last week and had no problems with them. left he keys with the driver of our taxi transfer called Jorge..
apartment was very good. thank god for air con....
we would use them again when staying in Cadiz
no hidden charges on my cc statement and everyone I dealt with in the office was polite and friendly. taxi transfer on time both ways and great service
we will be returning to Cadiz and will definitely use them again
We stayed in Cadiz in September. Our rental property was advertised through Spain-Holiday.com. Who we paid for the rental however we picked up our keys and signed the contract with Cadiz4Rentals. All appeared fine initially. Once we got to the property we had great difficulty gaining access due to the keys not working properly in the locks! also once we entered the property we found the supposed "patio" was on the ground floor at the bottom of an internal courtyard atrium. We could not use this as we were not only overlooked from all the apartments above but it was extremely noisy. Once inside the apartment we could still hear the noise from above and at night the lights from above shone through the apartment glass doors! We complained to Cadiz4Rentals who replaced a slightly better set of keys. After 3 nights of very little sleep due to the noise through the night from above and and light pollution into the early hours we asked to be moved. Suddenly the Cadiz4Rentals staff could not speak English!!!! and we're very unhelpful. We spent a day on the phone to Spain-Holiday.com and Cadiz4rentals until we were moved to another apartment at some some considerable extra cost. This apartment should not be used for a holiday let due to the points above, there was little or no external noise. The apartment is not advertised particularly well and the photos are very misleading. When we returned home and had further conversations with both companies neither would except any responsibility.
A lot of the apartments are interior apartments ie around an inner courtyard maybe the description was not clear enough. I finding renting properties a bit of a gamble. The key situation was obviously a mess up on their part. What a nuisance for you.
Did you not read all of it,the keys were the least of our problems. Try incessant noise and light pollution. More than a nuisance!!!!!
