Brussels Airport to Wavre takes 49 mins by train changing in Leuven (trains at 39 mins past the hour on weekdays) and 1h10 changing at Bruxelles-Nord plus Ottignies (departing at 51 mins past the hour on weekdays), and costs €12 single, including the Diabolo fee that applies to all trips to/from BRU.

It would take a lot longer - I would guess about 1 1/2 hrs in total - by De Lijn bus 337 to Wavre from Leuven, after taking bus 616, 651 or 652 to Leuven from BRU (http://www.brusselsairport.be/en/passngr/to_from_brussels_airport/bus/). This Flemish bus company has other buses to Wavre from Brussels but they start at Hermann-Debroux metro station, which is not at all convenient to reach from BRU: it would be necessary to take the Airport Line bus 12/21 to Schuman and metro line 5 from there to its terminus at Hermann-Debroux.

If you were travelling every day by train from Wavre to Brussels, or to any ONE of the other destinations mentioned, Belgian Railways does have a weekly card, i.e. covering the identical return journey for a week: but it doesn't sound as though that is actually what you want. There is no card covering train travel throughout the country for a week, but there is a 10-trip Rail Pass costing €76 - to which you would have to ADD the Diabolo fee for trips to/from BRU (http://www.belgianrail.be/en/travel-tickets/passes-cards/rail-pass.aspx). I assume that if you are under 26 (or over 65) - or travelling with someone else - you would have mentioned these crucial factors.

Doing day trips on weekdays, using individual standard tickets, would cost a total of €68.60:

Wavre-Brussels: €5.30 (x 2 = €10.60) (weekend ticket: €6.20)

Wavre-Brugge: €10.80 (x2 = €21.60) (weekend ticket: €19.20)

Wavre-Antwerp: €18.20 (x 2 = €36.40) (weekend ticket: €11.80)

As this is only 6 trips, it would then be worth paying €10 for 2 Diabolo tickets to use Rail Pass also for the airport trips (total cost = €86) instead of paying €24 for single tickets BRU-Wavre and Wavre-BRU on top of 3 normal return tickets (= 6 singles) (total cost = €92.60) - UNLESS, of course, some of your day trips would be at weekends.
