Bad review of a parking lot? What? Where?

I guess nearest parking would be Konserthuset P-hus

you can read view on google map,

I was thinking about Filipstadveien 5, 0250 Oslo, Norway , it seems to be free parking for 3 hours ?

Highly unlikely that this is free - check out on StreetView. There is no free parking within Ring 1 and virtually none within Ring 2. And it’s far away. You will not be able to avoid paying for parking if you want to park close to attractions. Note that parking fines are NOK 900 if you park illegally - and there is frequent control.

If look at parking signs on Street View you need to note the date of the image. Parking fees may well have been introduced since the image was created.

I am always using the parking house under Aker Brygge when I visit this area.

It has easy access up with elevators, straight up to the shopping / restaurant area, where you can take a lunch / dinner after your visit.

From Aker Brygge you can walk along the quay, without traffic, except the tram, to the Nobel Peace Center.

It’s some construction work in the area for the new museum, I think.
