I'm looking for suggested easy to moderate cycling routes through the county -- we are casual cyclists who do about 20 kms twice a week. We are looking for safe roads with bike lanes if possible. Any suggested stops along the routes would also be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't think there are any bike lanes anywhere in the county. There is a rail trail in the county (so no cars) but it's gravel, not paved.

You might have some luck talking with the people at the Bloomfield Bicycle Shop - they know the county and even have planned rides I believe.
