Mani, for starters, you won't really need the metro, and even trams may not be necessary. Buses are enough to reach your listed sights. Second of all, sights such as the Royal Castle, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Kościół św. Józefa Oblubieńca NMP, and even the Multimedia Fountain Park are all quite close to each other and there is really no point to try to travel between them by bus because large parts of the Old Town/Royal Route are pedestrianized.

Saski Palace does not exist anymore, I hope you know that, and actually the whole square around what's left - the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - is under construction right now and probably will continue until October. The Tomb can still be reached, however.

The bus stop for Łazienki Królewskie is ŁAZIENKI KRÓLEWSKIE.

The bus stop for WIlanów Palace is WILANÓW.

The nearest and most centrally located bus stop for the old town and its sights nearby is "pl. Zamkowy": Royal castle, Barbakan, Kamienne Schodki, Multimedia fountain park, St. Anne's

The nearest stop for St. Joseph's church, the presidential palace and Saski garden is "Bristol".
