This is a travel forum and your post will be shut down. But I will inform you that there are no costal retirement communities in the panhandle. Look at the Villages- located in central Florida. Presbyterian Home offers their own communities that have varying levels of assistance from independent living to nursing home. When selecting a place to retire pay close attention to infrastructure. You need to be within close driving distance to medical care with good community supports for the elderly. This is sorely lacking in North Florida. Where one vacations is seldom a good place to grow old.

There are at least two manufactured home parks on Anna Maria Island. They are well kept up, and in a great location in which to live. Both are across the street from the beach.

Given their location, they are probably not near as cheap as one would think for a trailer. They are not "retirement communties" either, but might have some older people there.

Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte have a lot of retirees on the gulf side of Florida. But not low budget; although not sure what you consider low budget.
