Can't decide where to stay!

Does anyone have any experience with any of theses places? I'm having trouble deciding where to stay! We are a family of three (with a five year old).

-Cohune Palms River Cabanas

-Vanilla Hills Lodge

-Macaw Bank Jungle Lodge

-Mountain Equestrian Trails

-Crystal Paradise Resort

-Gumbo Limbo Jungle Resort

Thanks!

Sorry to muddy the waters, but have you looked at the Macal Jungle Camp? That's where I'd go.

Friends got back from Cha Creek a couple weeks ago and loved it.

If you want something simple and clean in downtown San Ignacio, try the Maya Bella Downtown Hotel. We were very pleased with it in Feb.

You might also want to look into Mystic River Resort. Nice accommodations, river tubing on site (the water is shallow), and great inexpensive food. The owners will set you up on any number of excursions. It truly feels like living in the jungle with all the birds and wildlife. Great place that I highly recommend.
