For a bit more upscale, great ambiance, nice wine list, great service, Vintage Pearl on WBB.

We also had great meals at Argentinian Grill on WBB, my filet mignon was perfection..

But, I will say one of my tastiest meals was at lunch at Las Rocas...plus, the best monkey la la bar none.

* I've tried more but those are the three that stand out. Xbalanque on my short list. ( 6 months but who's counting )

Or...you could simply stay at Xbalanque and eat dinner there at Lotus every night and know that whichever place is second best on the island is way second. I guess you could give your wallet a break and do Rotisserie Chicken one night.

For casual:

A second vote for C-level (West End)

A second vote for Banarama (West Bay)...Banarama is more for the atmosphere...they have good happy hours specials and some good pub grub food specials..place is always well attended..it's a popular spot.

Best Burger...Palapa Bar at Infinity Bay.

Haven't eaten at enough restaurants there to have a favorite 5. Will have to work on that next time.

Personally don't really like the atmosphere at Vintage Pearl...I think it is somehow seems out of place on the beach in Roatan...and I don't go to Roatan for would be fine dining anyway.

We are quite happy to just leave it to casual dining in Roatan. As others have said before you really don't come to Roatan for the dining experiences.

Iron Shore Grill at Grand Roatan. Wonderful place! My personal favorite. We just returned from 10 days at Infinity Bay; a truly fabulous vacation.
