I'd choose Egypt for a beach holiday.

Beaches are not so much up, but they are in Morocco of course too, Essaouira, El Jadida, Sidi Ifni, Agadir etc.

Morocco is more for to explore the country than to stay at beach only.

Anyway in April in Egypt is better weather for that.

Following your criteria I would chose the RIU Tikida Dunas in Agadir.

Can you swim in the sea in April? Will it be busy? Thanks

I think it can be quite cold water in April.
