Hi,

I am a young guy looking to spend a few days in Punta Del Este, at the beach during the day and nightclubs at night. What are some of the nicer hotels that are conveniently located for those types of activities so that I don't have to drive when I go out at night?

Thanks everyone

What are the dates of your visit? Where to stay depends on that.

At that time one cannot depend on the clubs in La Barra still being open, so your best bet is to stay on the peninsula near the port, where there are several bars and clubs that will still be open. The nicest hotel within walking distance is Conrad. Others, smaller and closer to the port, include Romimar, Atlantico, Remanso. The nicer boutiques (Sisai, AWA, 2122 Art, are a little too far away from the port to walk at night.
