power adapters in the Galapagos

we're planning a trip to the Galapagos and will have our cameras, Ipad ( for reading ) etc. Does the North American plug fit into the wall sockets of the ships in the Galapagos? In Ecuador and Peru for that matter?

No problem with the plugs and outlets on the boats--NA plugs fit just fine. Here's a Web site that has info about plugs and power systems in many countries: http://www.kropla.com/electric2.htm. Looks like all of Ecuador and Peru are fine for NA plugs too.

On the main Ecuador forum I put a Top Question that addresses this. It includes a link of the voltage and socket requirements of countries all over the world.
