Charter w/ Stops (or Fshing) Between Providencia & SA?

Hi, All-

We'll likely fly, but I'd worry we're potentially missing an opportunity if I don't ask...

Is it possible to charter a sailboat back from Providencia to San Andreas .. and perhaps stop at Cayo Bolivar or Johnny Cay en route?" (Are the directions all wrong/etc? :) ) Is the fishing any good on the passage between the two?

Muchas gracias!

K.

No charter sailboats between Old Providence and San Andres. Johnny Cay is less the a klick from San Andres . There are tourist rental boats from San Andres to Cayo Bolivar also u could charter a boat from San Andres to take you fishing but very expensive unless u have 5 or more people. I am a commercial fisherman on this Island and would like to know how you can fish from a large sailboat? There is a passenger boat that goes between the Islands but never heard of anyone fishing from it.

Thanks for your insights, Inka!

I understand on all -- just thought I'd see if I could kill two birds with one stone. (Expand a trip from 2 hours to 8 hours while somehow building in a couple shenanigans along the way.)

The Boy is the fisherman, I'm more of a "Fish Feeder" ... though I always love the experience! :)
