Choice of accommodation in Sanur

We are looking to stay in Sanur and have narrowed it down to 3 places, Kejora Suites, Aleesha Villas or Grand Palace.

We would like to be close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We love a nice relaxing beach on the doorstep, where the waves aren't too rough.

If anyone has stayed at all 3, it would be nice to hear comparisons, or any other recommendations please.

The Grand Palace is not in a very good position, on the main By Pass road. A fair walk to the beach and where most of the restaurants are..The Others are in a much better position. Also do you want a villa or Hotel ?

There are so many choices of excellent hotels in Sanur and very close or on the beach, and prices are extremely interesting at the moment. It might be worth expanding your search.

The Kejora Suites is the only one in a decent location for beach. Aleesha is OK for restaurants and bars but Grand Palace is too far away from everything.

Kejora out the the 3 would be my pick but there are many other places just as good.

On location alone... Kejora.

Thank you for your comments,

ToPPerth - villa or hotel would be fine as long as the price and location is right.

LynnePP - any other suggestions for places to stay please?

We are looking at getting somewhere booked fairly soon, also, would it be worth staying in Ubud or travelling across the odd day or so?
