We are traveling back to uk next Wednesday what are the queues like at the airport Hammamet..? Tia
I landed there last Wednesday from Gatwick with Thomas Cook. We were the only plane on the tarmac. No queue problems at all though passport control a bit slow as always.
Landing cards handed out on plane 90 mins before landing.
Sorry milly, just noticed you are asking about flights departing to U.K. from Enfidha, not arrivals.
The main problem was caused by nearly all UK flights arriving/departing within same time frame. Since flights have been resumed, there are only few flights a week so would not envisage any long queues.
Actually looking at website flightstats it only indicated the one flight departing last wednesday afternoon. That was the Thomas Cook Gatwick flight which presume you are on. If only one flight then should be no problems.
That was the flight I came in on. It was the only plane on the tarmac so should have been no queue problems for those departing on it. Likewise for next Wednesday's departure I would have thought.
We flew back on 21st Feb and they had 4 desks open - we were the only flight out that day - queues were short and the only hold up was when the printer died for 5 minutes. You bags and cases are scanned on entry - again no real hold up. Passport control was easy no wait at all.
You should be fine.
