Green Organic Villas (resort)

Hi, I'll be staying at this resort for a few days, but was wondering if there's any places around that area within walking distance. Anything from a corner store, to restaurants, hiking trails and local markets.

I consider 1.5-2hrs walking distance FYI. Never been into any other kind of travel. I live life in the take-it-easy lane.

The villa is in Thon Tien Phu, Xa Tien Thanh, tp. Phan Thiết, BU, Vietnam

Any advice is appreciated :)

I forgot to add my 2nd question!

I was offered a $120 USD drive to Saigon after my stay. Is that a reasonable price (associated with resort) or should I go with another company?

Thanks again!

Andy,

There is not a lot in the area around the resort, but it is just on the edge of a small community (Tien Thanh), so there are some establishments within your 1.5 k. radius. You should ask the resort directly about any possible restaurants to visit.

The amount quoted for a private car from HCMC is in line with what most resorts charge. The only thing less expensive if you want a private car, would be to take a taxi. Normally they charge about VND 2,000,000, or USD $90.

Thank you for this info Steve! It's good to know the price is fair and even better - there's a town I can walk to.
